Hi everyone, 
 
    The Clay Wilkin Homeless Prevention Assistance Program or FHPAP
program that Mike Carbone runs, has been working on addressing the 3
main goals to end homelessness in our area. Goal #1 group, which I am a
member of, is working on a website that would have "toolkits" to address
various issues that effect homeless and low-income people. These issues
would include such things as: housing, transportation, education,
employment, social services, health/medical, food pantries, legal
services, childcare and youth services. We would also like to have info.
about Veteran's services and special events. If you work for an agency
that falls under one or more of these categories, please e-mail me the
following info. before Nov. 15th.
 
    Name of Agency, address, phone numbers, fax #, days and hours of
operation, contact person or people. Also any requirements to access
services like 30 day residency, need to be SPMI, etc. Also, please write
up a brief description of what your agency does and write it for an
"audience" that has had no previous contact with your agency. 
 
    Thank you in advance for your help with gathering this information.
Also, if anyone would like to be part of this group, please let me know
or just show up for our next meeting at 1:30pm on Wednesday November
15th at the Family Service Center meeting rooms, first floor.
