Hi everyone.  On behalf of the Fargo Moorhead Coalition for Homeless
Persons executive director search committee, it is my pleasure to let
you know that we have offered the position to Michael Carbone, and
Michael has accepted.  We interviewed 4 wonderful people.  However,
Michael's experience, community knowledge and obvious commitment to the
mission of our Coalition made him the best candidate.  Currently,
Michael is the co-chair of the Fargo Moorhead Coalition for Homeless
Persons and he has been coordinating the Family Homeless Prevention and
Assistance Program for Clay and Wilkin counties since 2005.  Michael
will start in the FMCHP Executive Director position on Thursday,
September 20 (the day we're reporting the results of the Wilder study to
the community -- if you haven't registered yet, now is the time).

 

Congratulations Michael!  And even more, a big thank you from all of us
for your interest and work on our Homeless Coalition.  We look forward
to continuing the effort to address the needs of people facing
homelessness in the Fargo Moorhead community.  Dan
