Since my mailing lists are a bit confused, I am also sending the item below
to the names on the PEPP list serve mailing list so many of you may receive
it twice.  Could you please let me know if you will or will not be providing
handouts?  Just send to me a "yes" or "no."  Thanks so much for your
assistance with this.

Dear Fargo-Moorhead Homeless Coalition Members:

I am writing to remind you that you have the opportunity to provide
information about your organization at the Wilder Homeless Report session on
the Status of Homelessness in Fargo and Moorhead on Thursday, Sept. 20.

Tables will be available where handouts from Homeless Coalition members can
be displayed and picked up.  We anticipate attendance at the event will be
about 100 which would give you an idea of how many handouts to bring.  If
you would like to provide handouts for the event, please bring them to the
Homless Coalition meeting Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. in the Moorhead Public
Library.   If you won't be able to attend that meeting, please take drop the
handouts off at the YWCA Shelter, 3000 University Dr. So., Fargo   Attn:
Erin Dahl by 1:00 p.m.  Wednesday.

Could you just let me know with a "Yes" or a "No" if you will be bringing
items so we will have an idea of the number of tables to set up.
