[Fmhc] good news

Dan M reported to me that the Cooper Tire vote at the Fargo City Commission
meeting last night went well. There is one public hearing to go in two
weeks. Developing this supportive housing site is critical to the 10 Year
Plan, so this is a great development.
Also, the Commission approved 5000 in support for our coalition.
