Hi Everyone. NEHSC has a female client that has been missing from Grand
Forks since 12-28-07 when she left our crisis residence. Her name is Ruth
J. and her DOB is 4-24-59. She is 48 years old and has grey blonde shoulder
length hair. She wears teal green glasses. She is diagnosed with paranoid
schizophrenia and is known to stay at shelters. She is approximately 5'7"
and about 150#.

If you have contact with her, please contact her case manager Maggie
Oakland at 795-3000 or the Grand Forks County Sheriff's Office at 780-8280.
The GFCSO has a emergency transport order.
