Thanks Ruth and Mary for putting this out so quickly,


Here is my attempt at shortening the mission statement. Thoughts,
deletions, ideas?

A multi-partisan grass roots organization, Women's Political Action's
mission is to change the face of political power by increasing the numbers
of women in elective and appointive offices through identifying,
recruiting and supporting progressive women candidates.
