Personally I think just mentioning Deb is the best option. Shirley is more familiar with Deb and what Deb has told her about WPA. Talking about both women is just to much for a short letter. Once Shirley comes and meets with us she will see the young women's leadership of the group.

WPA is a newly formed group of
young
> >> women, area non-profit leaders, community members and college
> >> professors. As a non-profit grass roots organization our mission is to
> >> increase the number of women in elective and appointed office by
> >> identifying, recruiting, and supporting progressive women candidates.
> >>
> >> Since our first meetings after November 2nd, 2004, our group has
> >> created an organizational structure, focused on Strengths, Weaknesses,
> >> Opportunities and Weaknesses, and co-hosted an annual Women’s Equality
> >> Day Event in Moorhead.
> >>
> >> Women’s Political Action would like to meet with you to discuss the
> >> next steps our organization should take to build influence,
> >> membership, and support in our communities, as
well as strategies for
> >> screening and assisting candidates. Kate Olsen, a former member of
> >> WPA, met your briefly in Minneapolis and suggested we contact you for
> >> advice and direction with our group.
> >>
> >> I would love to discuss a possible date in October or November for our
> >> ladies to meet with you. If this is possible, please contact me by
> >> e-mail, post, or telephone listed below.
> >>
> >> Warm Regards,
> >>
> >>
> >>
> >> Ruth Meberg, Secretary
> >> Women’s Political Action
> >> 705 13th Ave N
> >> Fargo, ND 58102
> >> ruth@fargotheatre.org
> >> (701) 799-0411
> >>
> >> <BLOCKQUOTE style='PADDING-LEFT: 5px; MARGIN-LEFT:
